Salon Policy

SERVICE POLICIES AND RULES

Services Check-in:

– Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to get the most out of your experience at Glo Nail Spa 2.
– If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or you may need to wait until the next available technician.
– Appointments have a
10-minute grace period; if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment slot will be forfeited.

Cancellations:

– Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations.

Gift Certificates / Gift Cards

– Gift certificates are valid only at the original location of purchase.
– Please use them within
12 months from the date of purchase.
– They are
non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Any unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash.

General Policy:

– We reserve the right to refuse service to:

Anyone not in compliance with our policies.

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior toward our technicians or other customers.

Anyone with a health issue or nail condition suspected to be contagious.

Anyone whose skin, nails, or overall condition may pose a potential risk or danger to themselves during service (e.g., severe skin irritation, open wounds, bleeding, or other medical concerns).

– Health conditions must be stated prior to receiving services.
– Glo Nail Spa 2 is
not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen belongings. Please keep valuables with you.
– Clients must
watch their children; Glo Nail Spa 2 is not responsible for damages caused by them.
– Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or goods.
– No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the salon.
– Extra charge applies for services using
more than 3 colors.

Service Satisfaction & Warranty

– We have a NO REFUND policy for all services. If you are not satisfied, please let us know during the service, before payment, or within 48 hours.
– Color/Design Matching: A perfect 100% match is not guaranteed due to lighting, sample fading, and editing differences. Please discuss with your technician before starting.
– Nail Designs: Removing a design incurs a
$15 charge.
– Regular polish is not guaranteed but we will offer a
touch-up within 24 hours for chips.
– Complimentary repairs are available for
gel polish, dip powder, acrylic, and designs within 5 days of your original service. Contact the front desk with your service date to schedule a repair.

Warranty is void if:

Nails are serviced by another salon.

The customer handles harsh chemicals without gloves.

Artificial nails are bitten, broken, or tampered with.

Products other than those recommended by Glo Nail Spa 2 are used.

Home-care instructions are not followed.

Medical help is ignored when advised.

Maintenance:

– Nail extensions will gradually wear down. Prolonged exposure to water or cleaning chemicals increases the risk of lifting.
– Refills are recommended every
2–3 weeks, and you should never exceed 3 weeks without a fill to reduce pressure on natural nails and prevent fungal infections.

Payment:
– Gift cards expire after
12 months and are non-refundable.
– Gift cards/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given for unused balances.

Complaints:

– Any complaint must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 3 business days after discovery.
– Complaints can be submitted in writing via email or by phone.
– Glo Nail Spa 2 will respond within
3 business days. If justified, the agreed service will be redone.
